1. Purpose of these Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of tudio.ca, including its pages, content, contact form and quote request form. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a manner that respects these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you may simply stop using the website.
The website is operated under the name Tudio, a trade name of DigitApp Inc. It is designed to present our services, work and approach, and to let visitors contact us about a project, maintenance request, collaboration or other professional matter. The website is not an online transaction platform and does not allow a visitor to purchase or enter into a client engagement directly through the site.
2. Services described on the website
The website describes the kinds of work Tudio may provide, including website design and redesign, e-commerce, custom web applications and platforms, user experience, search visibility, accessibility, performance, maintenance and the ongoing improvement of existing projects. These descriptions are intended to help visitors understand our work; they are not a firm offer and do not guarantee that a particular service will be available in every situation.
Each engagement is assessed separately based on its context, scope, constraints, schedule and required resources. When a discussion becomes a client engagement, the services, deliverables, responsibilities, pricing, payment terms, schedule and other applicable conditions are set out in a separate quote, proposal, contract or written agreement. If information on the website differs from a signed client agreement, the written agreement governs the engagement concerned.
3. Contact form and quote requests
The form is intended to collect enough information for us to understand a request and prepare a useful first discussion. Submitting the form does not create a contract, a mandate, a commitment as to availability or an obligation for Tudio to accept the project. Likewise, an initial reply, general estimate or exploratory discussion does not automatically become a commercial agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to share any document or material attached to your request. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not necessary to evaluate the project. Personal information submitted through the form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

They are displayed in the context of work completed or presented by Tudio and should not be understood as transferring any rights to Tudio or to visitors of the website.

Some pages may link to external websites or services, such as a client’s website, a professional network or Calendly for scheduling a meeting. These services are operated independently from Tudio and may have their own terms of use, privacy policies and cookie practices. Providing a link does not mean that Tudio controls the content, availability or practices of the external service.
Once you leave tudio.ca and use a third-party service, your interaction with that service is governed by the third party’s rules. We encourage you to review the applicable terms and privacy information before submitting personal information directly on another website.

A portfolio and service presentation naturally evolve over time, however, and certain examples, historical pricing references, availability statements, features or descriptions may no longer reflect the exact situation when you view them. 10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Subject to any mandatory rule that provides otherwise, disputes relating to use of the website will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec sitting in the judicial district of Montreal.
